What the Parents are saying about our guitar teachers
Which guitar is best for kids?
Parents often wonder what type of guitar they should buy for their child. The 3 main options are classical, steel-string acoustic or electric. We generally recommend buying a classical guitar, because it is the easiest on the fingers and therefore has the fastest learning curve. Some kids also really enjoy learning the electric guitar, so it can be a good choice as well.

FAQ
30 minutes: $ 25.61
45 minutes: $ 32.30
60 minutes: $ 39.00
The price of a guitar lesson varies based on the length of the lessons and the experience of the teacher. For children under the age of 12, we recommend doing 30 minute lessons.
As a beginner, the classical guitar is easier to play because of its nylon strings. Nylon strings are softer on the fingers than metal strings.
The electric guitar is also quite easy on the fingers as the action (the distance between the strings and the neck) is closer (therefore easier) than an acoustic guitar.
