About

I am a passionate violinist/pianist/violist who loves to teach and perform! I have completed my RCM 10 in violin, piano, and theory with Distinction and am current completing my BMus in violin performance at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory. I have had success in competitions ranging from the local to national level, such as the Canadian Music Competition and the Canada West Performing Arts Festival. I am also an active violist in my community, playing in ensembles and for gigs. I teach students of all ages and levels, and cater my lessons to each student's unique goal. Whether that is to complete RCM exams, develop new skills, or to just have fun, I am happy to help! When I am not playing for classical music, I enjoy fiddling, jazz violin, and playing for musical theatre productions. I also love to bake, read, and crochet.

What You'll Learn

I have experience teaching violin, piano, viola, and theory of all levels through the RCM, Suzuki, Faber, and Fletcher methods. My lessons focus on building strong technique and exploring diverse repertoire so students develop a well rounded foundation. Theory students will learn and develop the skills taught through the RCM curriculum which will further support them in their playing and musicianship.
