I have been teaching music for over 20 years, working with students of all ages—from young beginners to adults up to 55. I specialize in RCM piano instruction, guiding students through technique, theory, and performance preparation. My teaching experience includes diverse settings, including my time at the private Catholic secondary school Liceo de Cervantes in Barranquilla, Colombia. I also studied guitar performance under Roger Scannura at York University, which allows me to incorporate a broader musical perspective into my lessons. I am passionate about helping each student discover their love for music, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals, whether for exams, performances, or simply the joy of playing. In addition to teaching, I am represented by Soho Management in Toronto as an actor, an experience that informs my approach to performance, expression, and stage presence in music.
