About

Hi! My name is Max, and I teach drum lessons, guitar lessons, and songwriting courses. I have been touring, playing live, recording, and composing for over 15 years and I'm eager to help anyone of any age make some music! I began teaching private lessons in 2017, both in-person and online. I graduated from Centennial College in 2017 with an Advanced Diploma in Music Industry Arts and Performance, and before that I graduated from Rosedale Heights School of the Arts in 2013 and won the music award that year for excellence in advanced band, orchestra, repertoire, and composition.

What You'll Learn

We will start with a basic concept (groove, chord progression, beat, etc.). Then see if we can add fills to it, and we end off by learning a song of the student's choosing.
