Unoriginally enough, my first desire to play drums was instantaneous when I saw Metallica in concert at thirteen years old at the Montreal Forum. After countless hours of basement practice, I was accepted into the classical percussion program at Cégep de Lanaudière in Joliette, where I learned the techniques of various percussion instruments: xylophone, marimba, timpani, etc. I then continued my studies in electroacoustic music, where I honed my knowledge of recording and studio work with composers such as Robert Normandeau. Today, I specialize in sound recording and soundscape creation.
