I began playing piano at the age of twelve in Bogota Colombia. When I was 18 I entered the program of music studies with emphasis in music composition in the Javeriana University, there I made a second emphasis on piano performance where I received classes with the pianists Sergei Sixhkov, Oxana Viritch and Radostina Petkova. I have been teaching music for more than six years and piano for five years.

My lessons are divided in two main things classical and popular piano. With students I usually cover one classical piano piece and one popular in order to develop musicality on the instrument, with these pieces I work theory, technique and interpretation on the instrument. The students are free to choose their repertoire but I will look into it a manke sugestions vased on their level, as we can study with music from movies, pop songs or classical music. I also have knowledge in latin rhythms such like salsa, and piano accompainment for students who are interested in accompany singers or other instruments.
