About

With a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and a Bachelor’s degree in popular singing (Cégep Marie-Victorin and UQÀM), I have been giving singing lessons since 2010. Alongside my teaching career, I have performed as a soloist and backup singer in numerous venues and festivals across Canada, as well as on television, notably on the show "En direct de l’univers". As a singer-songwriter, I had the opportunity to train with renowned specialists, including Andrea Stolpe (Berklee College of Music) during a songwriting retreat in California. I have also completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Estill Voice Training, which allowed me to further refine my vocal technique. As an educator, I am known for my listening skills, flexibility, and commitment to each student's progress. My approach is supportive, structured, and focused on the joy of singing, while respecting the pace, needs, and aspirations of every individual. *For lessons at my studio, please be aware that there is a cat in the environment, in case you have allergies.

What You'll Learn

I offer personalized singing lessons designed to help every student reach their full potential. My approach, inspired by the Estill Voice Training method, allows for precise technical work while fostering personal expression. My lessons are tailored to each individual, whether the goal is to develop vocal technique, improve interpretation, or prepare for a performance. Here are some topics we can explore together: - Vocal technique (inspired by the Estill Voice Training method) - Song interpretation and stage presence - Music theory: sight-reading, ear training, harmony - Audition preparation (CEGEP, university, etc.) - Instrumental accompaniment (for any instrument, including voice) - Basic lessons in piano, guitar, and ukulele - Music composition: songwriting, melodies, arrangements - Vocal harmonies - Performance anxiety management - Show preparation *Open to students from beginner to professional levels
