Jose Daniel P. — Drum Teacher — Ahuntsic, Montreal

José Daniel is a drummer and percussionist based in Montreal with experience performing salsa, rock, funk, and swing. He believes learning drums is about more than technique: it’s about building confidence, developing musical skills, and expressing your individuality. Through technique, coordination, music reading, improvisation, and musicality, he helps students progress at their own pace, explore the styles they love, and discover their own musical voice.

Each 60-minute lesson is tailored to the student’s level, goals, and musical interests. Students develop hand and foot technique, coordination and independence, music reading, improvisation, and musicality through practical exercises and rhythm training. Each lesson includes applying these skills to real songs, followed by personalized feedback and a practice plan to support progress between sessions.
