What You'll Learn

My teaching method is personal. It depends of each person or group of students. The motivation and to enjoy the learning process is the most important aspect for me! Playing an instrument is all about sharing emotions with others and knowing better yourself. My approach includes the RCM system as well as certain approaches from Suzuki, Feldenkrais and Alexander Technique to have fluidity of movement with the cello and a comfortable posture to play without tension. I can help you to prepare for exams, recitals, festivals, and university auditions. If you need or want to practice your language skills, I am capable of teaching in English, French, or Spanish. I have also experienced working with people who have attention challenges and have had excellent results. Music lessons are a wonderful way to develop sustained concentration and add a new dimension of creativity to your life. I offer comprehensive music theory training for students of all levels. My teaching approach also includes ear training and sight-reading.
