About

Fabiola Cacciatore is a professional artist, performer, publisher and singer-songwriter who is able to interpret many musical styles. Her vocal virtuosity allows her to sing in French and English and can do what she wants with her voice. Graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Music, with a specialization in vocal performance. She is not a beginner at her craft. Fabiola has toured, performed and presented at festivals and television shows and opened up for well known Quebec artists: Michel Rivard, Richard Adams, Luc De Larochellière, Daniel Lavoie. Also worked with well known back-vocalists Monique Fauteux, Jano Bergeron and Laurie Zimmerman (member of all female Quebec band - Toulouse) who also recorded with Fabiola on song On *prend des risques* et *Sans y penser.* Known for her stage presence, having sung and performed in front of an audience of up to 43,000 people at the Québec National Celebration. She is no stranger to the Quebec charts. The single *Atteris par erreur,* which reached the 37th position on the hit Radioactivity and received the Talcan Merit Award, an honor that rewards emerging artists. Both Singles *On prend des risques* et *Sans y penser* were two singles that played on the radio. The song, *Billie Vit*, won the Quebec Song Award, sponsored by CHOI-FM, which was in first place on the radio and became number one on the Quebec charts. She has also lent her talent over years to many projects with other artists as well as causes important to her. She has collaborated on a number of concerts with Centraide to raise awareness of the homeless and poverty issues in Montreal. Taking on the role of musical Director of show *Concordia’s Got Talent* at Concordia University, where she raised over $2000 in one-hour for this event. Never giving up her dream, Fabiola has continued her artistry. Presently promoting her acoustic musical universe of her **It's my Dream**, her most recent musical works of 16 compositions in French-English, arranged by John Hagopian and mastered by Guy Hebert. It’s My Dream successfully released in Canada, US, Europe and Asia, her singles *Je suis Tannée, Qu’est-ce qu’on fait là, Nous deux* and *La vie me sourit*, in collaboration with PUR COMMUNICATIONS and record label PUR Records and Distribution Select. Receiving notice in France and Vietnam. She is a member of the following artist associations: Union des artistes (UDA), Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN), APEM/PMPA. In the Art of Singing, you will learn to take time and focus while working your instrument. This method can be learned by all levels of singers. This art form is a great outlet to express your creativity. You will get to discover your potential and this in turn will be an engaging learning experience. In my class, you will learn: To improve your singing and speaking voice while protecting your sound To develop/gain control of your instrument with proper posture, support and breathing To build on working your warmups: sound and body To understand the anatomy of the voice and your register To better and discover your articulation, pronunciation, and ornamentation To build on your live performance with preparation for stage, pacing, and microphone use To learn music theory To use other fun additional methods with training exercises, fitness for the voice, relaxation, other disciplines Teaching is my passion and I believe that everyone has the potential to become what they desire most, and fulfill their dream of becoming a singer, and a great artist.
