Dre. Mariana O. — Online Singing Teacher

Bassoonist, contrabassoonist and Program Director of Bach Before Bedtime, holds a Master’s and a Doctorate in performance under the guidance of Mathieu Lussier at the Université de Montréal. Mariana has taken orchestral conducting classes with Armando Zayas and Rodrigo Elorduy. She has also performed as a soloist, orchestral musician, and chamber musician in concert halls across various countries including Mexico, Canada, and Germany. She has participated in several festivals such as the Young Euro Classic Festival, Festival Classica, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, among others. Alongside her career as an orchestral, chamber, and solo musician. Mariana teaches bassoon and oboe as part of La Musique aux Enfants, a project by the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal. Her passion for music led her to study various instruments, such as the piano, oboe, ukulele, gralla, flamenco dance and singing.

Musical theory, technique, sound quality treatment, ear training, repertory of your choice, notation reading, singing technique, development of singing and playing simultaneously.
