Carlos Lopes is an award-winning Canadian composer, producer, educator and musician whose career spans more than four decades. A Genie Award winner, two-time Gemini nominee and four-time Golden Reel nominee, he has created music for hundreds of film, television and album projects in Canada and internationally. As a bandleader and performer, Carlos has appeared at major jazz festivals and venues across Canada, Europe, The States, The Middle East, Latin America and Thailand. .
