Receive the certificate
We email you personally (usually within a day) with your personalized certificate and the Interac payment details. Print it or forward the email.
The recipient redeems it
They enter the code on musiprof.com, create a free account, and the value applies automatically to their lessons — with the teacher of their choice.
No expiry, no fees
The value of a Musiprof gift certificate never expires and no issuance or usage fees apply, in accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. A remaining balance of $5 or less is refundable in cash on request. Full terms
Frequently asked questions
Does the certificate expire?
No, never. Quebec's Consumer Protection Act prohibits expiry dates on paid gift cards, and we wouldn't want one anyway.
Does the recipient have to use the suggested teacher?
No. The teacher on the certificate is a suggestion — the value works with every Musiprof teacher.
What if the certificate is worth more than the package they pick?
The remainder stays on their account and applies automatically to the next purchase. A balance of $5 or less is refundable in cash on request.
How can I pay?
By Interac e-transfer: we send you the details along with your certificate, and it activates once the transfer is received (usually within 1 business day).
